Welcome to RFA's newsletter for May, in which we highlight the tremendous value and benefit that our organisation and its people bring to Auckland.
The start of 2015 has been an exceptionally busy time for RFA and I expect the level of activity to continue for the rest of the year. Having only recently joined RFA as CEO, I have been very impressed by this high-performing, well-regarded organisation and its great team of people.
It is clear that RFA plays a key role in Auckland's vibrant arts, cultural and entertainment life.
As you will read, our organisation has delivered world-class concerts, shows and events to fans, while more broadly providing significant economic benefits to our city.
Our venues, including Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki and Auckland Zoo continue to exceed expectations as they deliver unique and special experiences to visitors.
I look forward to continuing this momentum of achievement as we build upon the great foundations laid for 2015, while identifying new opportunities to further drive and showcase success.
