Tickets to the SKYCITY Masquerade En Blanc Ball Sell Out

Tickets to the SKYCITY Masquerade En Blanc Ball Sell Out In Under One Hour

(4 May, Queenstown) – Tickets to the American Express Queenstown Winter Festival went on sale at 12pm today, with the SKYCITY Masquerade en Blanc Ball selling out within just one hour.

Tickets were selling for $159 and included a three course meal, live entertainment and wines from Gibbston Valley Wines. The American Express Pre-sale allocations for the SKYCITY Masquerade en Blanc Ball were also snapped up before the pre-sale period ended at 9pm on Sunday 3 May.

American Express Queenstown Winter Festival Manager Lisa Buckingham says she is not surprised the SKYCITY Masquerade en Blanc Ball sold out so quickly, as it has been one of the most popular events on the Winter Festival programme since it was reintroduced in association with SKYCITY Queenstown Casinos in 2013.

“It’s exciting to see so much demand for the SKYCITY Masquerade en Blanc Ball – it’s testament to the quality of the event.”

“Festival Fans looking to snap up tickets to other events should get in quick – it looks like the Comedy Night and When Gibbston Meets Koko will be the next to sell out, as well as tables at the American Express Comedy Debate,” says Lisa.

Tickets to events within the American Express Queenstown Winter Festival events can be purchased online at www.winterfestival.co.nz. The Queenstown i-Site and the Queenstown Events Centre are also ticket outlets.
