Printed, pressed and packaged up! Fan’s special Red Bull Sound Select 12” gifts are ready to hit record stores across New Zealand as part of the international celebration of Record Store Day thisSaturday, April 18.

Dust off that ol’ record player! This is the EP that will that fuel music lovers’ record obsession. Whether fans are feeling Kåmnd¡’s deep beats, Black City Lights’ dark pop, Team Dynamite’s feel-good hip-hop, or Esther Stephens and The Means’ soul, funk, pop, jazz, psychedelia fusion, we’re giving away the new EP vinyl to Sound Select’s most loyal fans to accompany their favourite purchased classics.

The 12” will be a physical copy to call their own. Cult record stores around New Zealand involved in the celebrations include Real Groovy (Auckland), Southbound (Auckland), Marbecks (Auckland),Penny Lane (Christchurch), Relics (Dunedin), Mint Music (Lower Hutt), Just the Record (Napier), Slow Boat (Wellington), Vinyl Countdown (New Plymouth), Deathray Records (Newtown), and Rough Peel (Wellington). They are all fascinating places manned by thoughtful and knowledgeable staff, jammed with interesting records, CDs, merchandise, and sometimes even cassette tapes.
