Speculation Rife as Ponsonby Central Gets Set to Unveil Its Homage to Christmas
Speculation and anticipation are reaching fever pitch as Ponsonby Central gears up to unveil its giant homage to Christmas this Sunday 30th November.
Currently perched on the buildings roof shrouded in black, talk on the street is turning to what this grand installation might be. Confident the unveiling will fuel water cooler talk city wide, the team at Ponsonby Central wish to extend a warm invitation to friends, family and the community to join them for a day of fun and festivities to kick off the festive season.
Held right throughout the precinct, The Ponsonby Central Christmas Party will kick off at 1pm with musicians, magicians, clowns, balloon artists, fairies and face painters plus a great range of FREE entertainment upstairs in The Sapphire Room. Santa himself will also be there to meet the kids and have their photo taken.
The grand unveiling of the installation will be held at 5:30pm Sunday evening outside Ponsonby Central on Ponsonby road. In true Ponsonby style, Gospel singers and Drag Divas will be taking the stage to facilitate the festivities.
Andy Davies, Developer and owner of Ponsonby Central is giving little away on what the instillation might be.
“Let’s just say…it’s a little bit cheeky!”
