Heritage Auckland World Vegetarian Day Dinner 4 October
Due to popular demand, Heritage Auckland is proud to present its annual World Vegetarian Day celebration dinner on Saturday 4 October in Hectors restaurant.
The vegan five-course degustation dinner is being prepared by multi-award-winning executive chef Jinu Abraham.
The menu includes a red cabbage kraut, guacamole and gigante beans taco, spinach and coconut cannoli and a main of the Vegetarian recipe award winning dish - peas and organic tofu stuffed potato with roasted Asadillo, caper raisin puree and salsa verde. Dessert is a decadent raw pistachio cacao nib truffle, Valrhona chocolate pudding, sorbet with olive caramel.
The entire meal is dairy and animal protein free. Price per person is $65 GST inc. Vegan wines will be available to purchase on the night.
The evening begins at 6.00 pm with a complimentary organic hibiscus and elderflower Kombucha drink on arrival.
