Netsky announces DJ Set at Hawea Hotel
Rhythm Group entertainment is excited to announce that drum & bass heavyweight Netsky will be playing a one off DJ set at Wanaka’s Lake Hawea Hotel on December 28th.
The show will be his only South Island appearance and takes place in the lead up to his headline slot at Rhythm & Vines in Gisborne this New Years.
Exclusive pre-sale tickets will be available to 2014 Rhythm & Alps ticket holders from 9am Monday 22 September via Minttix for 48 hours only. Any remaining tickets will be released to the general public at 9am Wednesday 24 September.
Rarely have we seen someone rise through the ranks as quick as Boris Daenen, a.k.a. Netsky. Leading a wave of new school drum & bass talent from Europe with his blend of uplifting, melancholic melodies and heavy dancefloor bass + beats, Netsky’s popularity is astounding.
Having accumulated fans up and down the country through his appearances at both Rhythm & Vines and Rhythm & Alps, Boris is himself a big fan of New Zealand audiences:
“It’s just insane how people here in New Zealand combine the energy with just a good attitude…and that makes it a lot more beautiful for us. Just plain energy, so much dancing… it’s amazing, it’s really how it should be everywhere.”
