Super League Darts Set to Rock The Trusts Arena
25 August, 2014
To accommodate demand, Super League Darts has had to change venues for the Auckland leg of the series with the tournament moving from the Genesis Lounge to the main arena. The tournament will now have capacity for up to 2,500 punters.
Ticket sales have exceeded demand in both Hamilton and Wellington as well, with only a handful of tickets left at each. Hospitality tables in Auckland sold out within 10 minutes initially, with more tables set to go on sale. Tickets for the Auckland tournament can be purchased through Ticket Direct.
Super League Darts is also pleased to announce the TAB as a partner for the series. The TAB will be opening a book on Super League Darts and have a bookie onsite to run live odds for each of the tournaments. Odds for the first tournament on the 6th of September will open closer to the time.
“Having the TAB on board adds another dimension to Super League Darts and fans can now have a punt on their favourite players. We’re expecting these tournaments to go off” Tournament promoter Mark Hudson.
The draw has been confirmed for the Wellington leg of the series, to be held at Shed 6 on Saturday September the 6th:
Quarter Final 1: Mike Day v Rob Szabo
Quarter Final 2: Greg Moss v Jonathan Silcock
Quarter Final 3: Craig Caldwell v Mark McGrath
Quarter Final 4: Cody Harris v Peter Hunt
Semi Final 1: Winner of QF1 v Winner of QF2
Semi Final 2: Winner of QF3 v Winner of QF4
Final: Winner of SF1 v Winner of SF2
