The legendary original line up of Australian supergroup THE SEEKERS has reunited for ‘The Golden Jubilee Tour’ – celebrating 50 years since they first sang together.

Following sold out tours of Australia and the UK, including two spectacular concerts at the Royal Albert Hall in London, THE SEEKERS - Judith Durham, Athol Guy, Keith Potger and Bruce Woodley – have announced a five-date tour of New Zealand in November.

Starting Saturday November 22 at Michael Fowler Centre in Wellington, the iconic group, famous for their unmistakable four part harmonies, will then take their anniversary tour to Christchurch, Auckland and Hamilton, with their final farewell on Saturday November 29 in the picturesque surroundings of the Bowl Of Brooklands in New Plymouth.

Together, THE SEEKERS will take their fans down memory lane with the songs, stories, memorabilia, messages of congratulations from music industry contemporaries, and video clips on the big screen.

As the centrepiece of their two-hour performances, the legendary group who put Australia on the international pop music map, will raise the roof with their chart-topping hits “I’ll Never Find Another You”, “A World Of Our Own”, “The Carnival Is Over”, “Morningtown Ride”, “Someday One Day”, the legendary “Georgy Girl”, and many unforgettable crowd favourites.

The Seekers are the only surviving chart-topping band from the era with all their original founding members.

They were also the first group ever to reach No.1 in the UK charts with their first three singles - not even Michael Jackson or Madonna achieved that! Having sold over 60 million records globally, their success was truly international, and in the USA they were the first Australian group to reach No.1 with their Oscar-nominated hit “Georgy Girl”.

Fifty years on, The Seekers are still touching the hearts and souls of fans – some who’ve been with them from the very start – and some who’ve hopped on board along the way.
