Adam Art Gallery Poetry Workshops: only a few spaces left!

*There are only a few spaces left, so to secure a place in the workshops, please register now.
As a follow on from the Adam Art Gallery’s Working the Gap symposium, poet and PhD candidate Therese Lloyd sets Kim Pieters’ exhibition what is a life? as the context for two one-hour writing workshops. Using the earliest form of art writing, ‘ekphrasis’, as her model, she invites participants to explore the exhibition as a basis for their own work. Working individually and in a group, new and established writers are offered the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the possibilities and challenges of using words to respond to visual art.
