Ocean to Table Kapiti Style revving up for a very fishy lunch
Tickets sales to attend Ocean to Table Kapiti Style as part of Visa Wellington on a Plate, on Saturday 23 August and
Saturday 30 August 2014 are going well.
Both hosts, PartyPerfect and Kapiti Business Projects are delighted with the number of businesses that are involved this
year including the Waikanae Boating Club who will be providing two great characters to demonstrate eel smoking and fish
gutting & filleting. “We also have a fantastic presentation on the day to hear about Kapiti fish varieties and you will even see
the best way to sharpen a knife by BCE Catering Equipment. Artel Gallery will be sprucing up the Otaihanga Boating Club venue with a rockpool theme which will look neat – it will be a memorable day out”, says Helene Judge of Kapiti
Business Projects.
Jeanine van Kradenburg of PartyPerfect says “the menu will include seafood found on our coast. This event is a great way to be reminded of how fortunate we
are to have such an abundance of delicious seafood right on our doorstep”.
