The Improvisors are back, packing in Circa 2 to kick start the week with their unique brand of family friendly comedy.
Tim Gordon, Artistic Director of The Improvisors says "The Wellington audience is sophisticated in its tastes; they're
used to seeing a huge range of comedy. The Improvisors’ have been around the traps for twenty-four years and our
audiences still love the immediacy of improvisation. Challenge, response – fast paced and high energy – going where
characters and narrative will take them. I guess that’s one of the reasons we are still around.”
More real than reality TV - Wellington’s funniest comedians pit themselves in a battle of wits. With challenges from the
audience these seasoned comedians pushed by the new hot young things Theatresports provides more concentrated laughter
than any other winter blues remedy currently available.

once-in-a-lifetime experience every night.
Theatresports kicks off with the Comedy Festival on 4th May and then continues for each Sunday night at 7pm teams go
head-to-head to earn points for the Grand Finals on 15th June.
