LiveSPORT Super-Sizes Sunday Mornings with Stephen McIvor
Stephen McIvor is joining LiveSPORT as the radio station super-sizes its Sunday morning line-up.
Kicking off this weekend, McIvor will host two new shows; the Honda Motorsport Show, and the Champion Freight League Show.
Programme Director Scott Walker says: “Stephen is a polished well recognised and respected broadcaster and it's great to have him as permanent part of the LiveSPORT team.
“It shores up our Sunday morning line-up, which also features The Great Trans-Tasman Show and Wynton’s World of Football, with Oceania Player of the Century, Wynton Rufer.”
Stephen McIvor says: "I’m pumped that LiveSPORT is keen to showcase the world of motorsport in the Honda Motorsport Show. It’s a dream job, and a great tie-in with my television show, #SkySpeed with Greg Murphy.
“Add that to the fact I now get to spent an hour each week talking the great game of rugby league with the Champion Freight League Show and life is not good, it’s great!"
Stephen McIvor is one of New Zealand’s most experienced sportscasters, and the senior sports presenter for SKY Television. He has fronted countless sporting events including Rugby World Cups, Soccer World Cups and every major rugby league match from Test matches to Grand Finals, as well as the 2010 Winter Olympics and Commonwealth Games. He co-hosts SKY’s motorsport show #SkySpeed with Greg Murphy. Stephen’s radio background includes working as an announcer in Taupo, Tokoroa, Greymouth, Wellington and Hamilton.

Riccardo Ball in our NZ Studio links up with Darren Parkin in his Melbourne studio and we combine the two Trans-Tasman radio shows with a good dose of Aussie / Kiwi rivalry.
9 -10am Wynton’s World of Football
Join football legend Wynton Rufer and Riccardo Ball for Wynton’s take on the football world, plus football interviews with some of the big names in the game
