Good Group continue support for Halberg Disability Sport
Good Group continue their support for Halberg Disability
Sport Foundation
Good Group showcased their
support for the Halberg Disability Sport Foundation on
Thursday at the annual Halberg Awards. Good Group donated an
exclusive cocktail evening for 100 guests on the deck at
Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill in Auckland for the annual
charity auction. The generous prize was auctioned for an
impressive $19,000 and all proceeds went to the Halberg
Disability Sport Foundation to raise funds for the lives of
physically disabled young people, their families and
communities by enabling them to participate in sport.
This is the second year Good Group has supported the foundation by donating a prize for the charity auction. Russell Gray, director of premium hospitality group Good Group, says "we are very pleased to be able to support the Halberg Disability Sport Foundation. This started with our attendance at last year’s Halberg Sports Awards where we agreed to contribute a significant auction item which culminated in raising substantial funds for the Trust. The auction item is a cocktail function at Harbourside for 100 guests. We are delighted to support something we really believe in and our support will continue in the future."
