Thorndon is a new work by award-winning writer Kirsty Gunn. Zig-zagging across Thorndon streets, Wellington hills and
childhoods, Gunn explores home and 'the place where my own fiction comes from and where the stories that I make begin'.
Creeks and Kitchens is an exquisite childhood memoir by Maurice Gee, providing insights into some of the creative forces that have shaped
his writing.
Paul Callaghan: Luminous Moments collects moving personal narratives from a treasured New Zealand scientist and visionary: 'I was about to enter an
extraordinary journey ... one of the more remarkable and enriching experiences of my life’.
The Inequality Debate is an updated introduction by Max Rashbrooke to one of New Zealand’s most pressing issues, derived from the bestselling
book Inequality: A New Zealand Crisis.
More information on each of these four BWB Texts can be found in the media release.
