Season Pass with Snow Sports NZ Mega Pass Competition

Lake Wanaka, New Zealand- (3 February 2014) – Hot summer days aside, Snow Sports NZ is keeping its attention very much on the winter side of things. As New Zealand’s best snow sports athletes prepare to take on the world at the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Snow Sports NZ is taking the excitement of winter sport to another level with its Mega Pass competition.

One lucky person will win a ‘Mega’ season pass allowing them access to 24 New Zealand resorts for the 2014 season. The 24-resort pass is not available to buy so anyone wanting to enjoy the ultimate winter season will need to enter the competition via the Snow Sport NZ Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/snowsportsnz?sk=app_143103275748075&brandloc=DISABLE&app_data=dlt-1

The Mega Pass covers resorts throughout New Zealand from the larger fields like Whakapapa and Turoa in the north and Cardrona and Treble Cone in the south to some of the lesser known club fields such as Taranaki’s Manganui. Snowplanet, New Zealand’s first and only all-year indoor snow resort and training ground for Olympic snowboard Christy Prior, is also included in the Mega Pass.

The Mega Pass is designed for anyone who loves snows sports, whether you’re an aspiring winter Olympian, hardy weekend warrior or just keen to explore beyond your own backyard this winter.
