COKE Brings X Factor to Kiwis this summer

X Factor NZ stars will play a leading role in COKE Loves Summer this year, as Benny Tipene is the surprise voice of this year’s summer campaign, releasing his latest single, ‘Make you Mine’, as the theme song for a nationwide TV launch on the 6th December.

COCA-COLA collaborated closely with Benny Tipene and Sony Music to secure a track from his unreleased catalogue to bring COKE Loves Summer to life this year.

Benny will go on to join X Factor NZ co-stars Moorhouse and Jackie Thomas for live performances in key summer hot spots.

COCA-COLA, in association with The Edge, today announced free summer concerts with the popular X Factor NZ stars on 2nd January in Mt Maunganui and 4th January in Whangamata (locations), where Benny Tipene will perform the new song live.

Says Heidi Somerville, Marketing Manager COCA-COLA New Zealand:

“COKE is famous for celebrating and sharing summer. We are thrilled to bring popular New Zealand talent to Kiwi fans for free, with the outstanding X Factor NZ talent that has emerged this year.
