Media Release: Fashion In the Capital Line-up Announced
Wellington has added yet another string to its bow with a five day consumer fashion event, from the 11th-15th of
September, capturing the vibrancy of the current season.
13 fashion designers, six fashion boutiques and five jewellery designers, will come together to show New Zealand that
Wellington certainly isn't dead.
The line-up includes:
Fashion designers Robyn Mathieson, Millicent, Wilson Trollope, Desiree, deNada, Jill & Ange, Kirkcaldie & Stains, Taylor, Moochi, STORM, Falve, Mandatory and Jane Daniels.
Fashion boutiques Goodness, Hurricane Jeans, The Mews, Coco Wellington, The Service Depot and The Design Loft.
Jewellery designersHanne Anderson, Tory & Ko, Shh By Sadie, Debra Fallowfield and Black Leopard Design.
Fashion shows will take place in the iconic Shed 11 on the Wellington waterfront, and events will be dotted around first
class hospitality locations and retail stores throughout the CBD.
Managing Director Cameron Sneddon, outlines that Fashion In The Capital is the perfect addition to Wellington's
flourishing fashion calendar.
