JACKIE THOMAS, winner of the X FACTOR NEW ZEALAND, has hit the ground running since her victory on Monday night with her debut single ‘IT’S WORTH IT’ entering the Official NZ Top 40 Singles Chart at #1 with Gold sales.

Not only has Jackie topped the chart this week, she now holds the title for the largest opening week sales for a single in 2013, Jackie is also the first South Island born female solo act to achieve a #1 single.

Jackie is currently in the studio recording her debut self-titled album that is due for release on August 9th. Songs that Jackie performed on the show will be included on the album, along with ‘It’s Worth It’.
