“Well-known sports stars like Sonny Bill Williams, Benji Marshall, Anthony Mundine, David Tua, Lisa Carrington and Mahe
Drysdale have all been guests on CODE, and we have featured unicycling, football juggling, cross-fit, bodybuilding,
calisthenics even competitive pole fitness.
“We have the extra element of being live and all our presenters are current and former sporting stars. This creates an
atmosphere that’s hard to match.”
Executive Producer Piri Wano says CODE will film its 250th episode this season.
“It’s a huge achievement and we’re really delighted that we have come this far.”
To celebrate the episode, CODE is inviting former presenters, including original host Julian Wilcox (head of news and

This season of CODE plays hosts to current sports personalities, up-and-coming stars of the future, legends, grassroots
heroes and a new segment featuring wahine toa of sports.
All this plus live in studio sporting demonstrations, competitions and performances from some of Aotearoa’s biggest
