Nine Live and Sony Music Entertainment New Zealand are pleased to announce that British pop star OLLY MURS will perform a one-off show at Auckland’s ASB Theatre on November 7th 2013. Performing with his full band, Murs will be playing hits such as ‘Troublemaker’, ‘Army Of Two’, and ‘Heart Skips A Beat’.

OLLY MURS has been touring the UK since March 2nd at sold out arenas, selling over a quarter of a million tickets in total. Murs will continue his run of dates after this short visit to New Zealand when he takes his tour to the United States.

It has been a whirlwind few months since OLLY MURS released his third album RIGHT PLACE, RIGHT TIME in November 2012. The album and its first single, ‘Troublemaker’ feat. Flo Rida, both shot to the top of the UK charts, following on the phenomenal success of his previous album IN CASE YOU DIDN’T KNOW, which debuted at #1 on the UK charts and achieved double platinum sales. In New Zealand, ‘Troublemaker’ feat. Flo Rida reached the Top 5 on the NZ Top 40 Singles Chart, Top 10 Airplay Hit, and is now certified platinum. Olly was nominated for two Brit Awards in 2013, for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Single of the Year for ‘Troublemaker’, which has now totalled over 2 million sales worldwide.

Olly’s new single ‘Army of Two’ is impacting New Zealand radio now.
