A Range Of Transport Options to V8 Supercars ITM
400 Auckland
Ticket
holders for the V8 Supercars ITM 400 Auckland championship
at the revamped Pukekohe Park Raceway have a range of
transport options.
Pre-purchased tickets holders have the option of travelling on a special event bus or train to the event from 12-14 April. To plan your journey, visit www.at.co.nz or phone 09 366 6400.
By bus:
Special event buses to the venue will be
provided for those travelling from the North Shore. These
buses will operate along the Northern Busway departing from
Albany approximately every 15 minutes from 5.30am to 10am
each day during the event.
Those using special event
buses must show their ITM 400 Auckland ticket.
This
express service will stop at all stops along the Northern
Busway until the Auckland Harbour Bridge then continue
direct to Glasgow Road, Pukekohe.
The buses return to
the North Shore from the same point, departing from 5pm
until 90 minutes after the finish of the last race.
Regular fares apply on normal scheduled bus services
across the network.
By
train:
Ticket holders can
also travel on Auckland’s rail network to and from the
event by presenting their ITM 400 Auckland ticket.
Trains will operate every 15 minutes along the Southern
Line with additional trains running to the Pukekohe Rail
Station, around 1.5km from the raceway.
It is
recommended you travel early to the event to avoid possible
delays due to high demand.
Private vehicle:
Some ticket holders will make their own
way to the event and there will be parking options available
for them.
There is limited mobility parking available
at the raceway.
Fan Trail:
Get your
experience off to a great start with the excitement of the
1.4km Fan Trail from Pukekohe Train Station to Pukekohe Park
Raceway.
The Fan Trail is the event
before the event - a must-do for ticket-holders of all
ages.
Mobility:
A Mobilty Shuttle will operate for public
transport users in Pukekohe for assistance if required from
two locations:
Glasgow Rd, Pukekohe to
meet with Northern Busway
services
Station Rd
adjacent to the train station to for Train users
Mobility
Shuttles will operate from the first scheduled train until
the last scheduled train departs from Pukekohe on event
days. This also covers the duration of the special event
bus services from the Northern
Busway.
