Northland Field Days Three Prize Draws & Silent Auction

Northland Field Days To Have Three Prize Draws & Hold First Silent Auction

If you attend the Northland Field Days this year you might be going home with one of three fantastic prize packs worth thousands of dollars say organisers.

Northland Field Days organisers have worked with a number of sponsors to put together three daily gate prize packs.

With a rural focus to prizes on Thursday and Friday and an open prize draw being made on the Saturday there was something there for everyone according to Northland Field Days president Lew Duggan.

“I am really excited by the prizes on offer this year,” said Mr Duggan. “There are going to be at least three very happy people on February 24.”

The Northland Field Days and Tru-Test will also be working together to offer a silent auction for the very first time.

The very latest weighing and fencing gear worth thousands of dollars is up for grabs by some lucky bidder.

People wishing to take part can see the gear at the Tru-Test Group Rural Pavilion and can bid on it at the Northland Field Days headquarters. The auction closes at 4.30pm Saturday.

Duggan is excited by the new addition to the program which he says will bring a competitive edge to proceedings.

"This will be the first time I have seen something like this happen so I am really looking forward to it."

The Northland Field Days is held in Dargaville from February 21-23.
