Entries open for the SBS Bank Southland A Show Youth Ambassador.
Entries are now open for the role of SBS Bank Southland A Show Youth Ambassador.
All 18 – 35 year olds who are based in the Southland, Gore or Invercargill district are eligible to enter and must have a connection with the Southland A Association in some way.
The Youth Ambassador’s prize package included $250 cash and a return trip to attend the Annual Show in Dubbo, Australia, where the winner would represent the Southland A Show.
Current Youth Ambassador Sarah Bell said she encouraged anyone thinking about it, to apply for the position.
“I’ve been involved with the Southland A Show for over 18 years and it’s been great to give back to an organisation that gives so much to its members. The opportunity to attend the show in Dubbo was amazing. I’ve been able to bring back some new ideas that can be used to make our Southland show even better.”
All Youth Ambassador applicants would also be invited to join the Show’s Youth Council.
Applications for the SBS Bank Southland A Show Youth Ambassador close at 5pm on February 15, 2013.
