Romance Under The Stars!
People have been looking up at the stars for thousands and thousands of years, and the night sky above us has long been
associated with romantic love.
From Rangi-nui and Papa-tū-ā-nuku to Aphrodite and Eros to Venus and Cupid, the stories of the stars have captured our
imaginations and inspired our lives for centuries.
This special adult only planetarium show, held on Valentines Day, will feature these stories and many more as you
traverse a whole universe of romance. You’re invited to treat your loved on to this starry, romantic night accompanied
by a glass of bubbles and some sweet treats and if you’re lucky, some star gazing through our beautiful historic Cooke
telescope (weather permitting).
The doors open from 7:30pm with the show starting at 8.00pm. The evening concludes at 10pm.
This unique evening is suitable for adults over 18 years only. Cost: $40 adults / $75 per couple / $25 Star Pass
