Alpine Health & Fitness Offers New Bootcamp for Beginners
Alpine Health & Fitness is offering a new beginner bootcamp in response to community demand for an entry level fitness programme. Rookies ‘The Bootcamp for Beginners’ is a 4 week programme designed to increase participants’ fitness, strength and stamina at an introductory level that will focus on building confidence.
Richie Heap, Alpine Health & Fitness Manager, is excited about the latest addition to his range of group training programmes. “We’ve realised that many people are keen to give bootcamps a go but say they’re a bit daunted. It’s fantastic to be able to offer a programme for those new to exercise, or returning to it after a break. Rookies gives them a chance to try bootcamp style training in a safe and supportive exercise environment.”
Rookies ‘The Bootcamp for Beginners’ starts Monday 28 January and continues every Monday, Wednesday & Friday for four weeks. Participants can choose from morning or evening training and costs $229 per person for non-members and $189 per person for Alpine Health & Fitness members. For more details call 03 450 9117 or go to http://www.lakesleisure.co.nz/health-fitness/group-training.html#rookies.
