BLOODY MURDER AT HUTT REP
Twist-filled parody of British murder mysteries. Guests of a wealthy lady of the manor play out their roles aware they are playing characters in a mystery story. This play-within-a-play aspect takes a bizarre turn when the lady of the manor announces that she refuses to participate in the mystery created by this ‘dreadful lowbrow author’. Is this just another formulaic, all too-predictable mystery story? Or is it something diabolically different?

MINA Workshops : MOBILE ART LAB
Mobile art labs have been developed by a number of artists and collectives across the world as a means to take control of the production and presentation of their work. They take many forms from rickshaws to shipping containers but all are a response to the needs of artists wishing to find new ways to interact with their environments and communities. The development of a mobile art lab for Wellington will provide a resource for artists across the City to explore the creative potential of mobile and digital technology. It will give artists the independence and flexibility to produce and present their work and so be in control of the whole process in contrast to the constraints imposed by current funding and gallery systems.
Simon Gray is an artist and has worked on community and education based projects for the past twenty years and is excited about the possibilities that digital technologies can bring to developing creative projects.
