Optiv101 First XV Announced

Optiv101 Fine Arts and Multimedia Studios have acquired four new signings to boost the number in their squad of studio artists to fifteen.

Picked up out of the draft of recent Quay School of the Arts grads, and undergrads in training, Optiv101 has now added Mandy O’Farrell BFA (QSA, 2009), Lindsay Marsh BFA (QSA, 2010), Sarah Archer BFA (QSA, 2012), and 1st year BFA undergraduate Bernie Steyn (QSA).

Mandy is temporarily residing in the Middle East, and she will be able to bring her Photography Major to the studios. Lindsay and Sarah, both of Whanganui, strengthen the studios with their Printmaking Majors, while Bernie, also from Whanganui, is nurtured through his undergraduate studies to a BFA.

Optiv101 is pleased to take up and add these talented artists to the team sheet for the 2013 season and onwards.

Optiv101 Fine Arts and Multimedia Studios consist of men and women trained in the fine arts and qualified with Bachelors of Fine Arts and other tertiary arts training, and emerging artists outside of a training institution under mentorship.
