Quickflix launches on Samsung Galaxy devices

Quickflix launches on Samsung Galaxy devices.

Play and Pay Per Play services now available on Galaxy tablets and smartphones.

Quickflix has today announced that its movie and TV streaming service is now available on selected Samsung Galaxy tablets and smartphones, including Samsung's flagship devices the Galaxy SIII, Galaxy Note 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab 2.

The Quickflix app allows users to watch great movies and TV shows via Quickflix Play, the "all you can view" subscription service, and Quickflix Pay Per Play, the premium service for latest release movies. Users simply download the app and sign in to Quickflix for instant viewing.

The Quickflix app is now available for download from the Samsung Apps store, which is available on all Galaxy devices. The app will also be pre-loaded onto Galaxy devices in the near future.

Kiwis will be able to watch blockbuster movies and TV shows - as well as Quickflix's hugely popular range of children's TV - on their Galaxy devices for great entertainment at home or on the go.

Paddy Buckley, Managing Director of Quickflix NZ, said "Following the recent launch of Quickflix on the Samsung SmartHub for TVs and Blu-ray players, we are delighted to now launch on the Samsung Galaxy range. This significantly increases the distribution of our streaming service and marks another milestone for our service in New Zealand. We are committed to delivering great value entertainment to our subscribers on their device of choice and this eagerly-anticipated rollout onto Samsung Galaxy devices will prove hugely popular. Look out for some great promotions coming soon."
