Russell Brand, who’s coming to New Zealand for the first time ever this November, has decided that one night with us kiwis is just not enough! So, it gives us great pleasure to announce that Russell Brand will be performing TWO EXTRA SHOWS of ‘I Am a Walrus’ in Hamilton 26th November and Wellington 13th December.

Described by the Telegraph as "the most talented stand-up comedian to emerge in Britain so far this decade" Russell Brand shot to fame when he was seen as rocker ‘Aldous Snow’ in the Judd Apatow produced comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Since then, the British star has become an international comedic success.

Past films include Warner Bros. Rock Of Ages, Arthur, Universal’s Hop, Get Him To The Greek, Disney’s Bedtime Stories and Miramax’s The Tempest.

Also an acclaimed author, Brand has written two books, My Booky Wook: A Memoir of Sex, Drugs and Stand-Up, which was on The New York Times best-seller list for five weeks in a row, and the follow up, Booky Wook 2: This Time It’s Personal. For television, Brand hosted the 2012 MTV Movie Awards and the MTV Video Music Awards in 2008; he hosted the MTV VMA’s again in 2009 and garnered the biggest VMA audience since 2004, with nearly nine million viewers. And now you can watch him in his new show Brand X on Comedy Central 9.45pm Tuesdays!

Don’t miss out on your chance to see the comic Time Out Magazine called ‘The most exciting comedian of his generation’!!
