All Hail The NZ Fringe Festival!
Born of normal parents!
The cult of Fringe is back in Wellington with an exciting, eclectic mix of comedy, music, theatre, comedy, dance, visual art and bicycle riding 15 February – 9 March!
For three weeks the cultural capital is overrun with over 90 creative endeavours, with one third of the festival free or koha and all promising something fabulously FRINGEY.
"At 30% larger than 2012, the 2013 Fringe in Wellington is going to be awesome!" said Coordinator Hannah Clarke. "It's really exciting to see so many new fresh ideas and experiences planned for venues all over the city."
The heart of the Fringe Festival, BATS Theatre, will be located in its temporary new home with in Civic Square, and we are creating a vibrant Fringe Hub, centered in Civic Square, with free lunch time entertainment to delight and enrapture the masses.
Our full Fringe programme will launch Wednesday 12th December - All Hail the Fringe!
