The historic cottage has two bedrooms and a writing studio. Located in inner-city Thorndon close to the Lilburn Residence, Rita Angus Cottage, Wellington Asia Residency, and the Katherine Mansfield Birthplace, and within walking distance of the National and Turnbull Libraries.
