Clap Clap Riot Counting Spins Album Tour
This September/October, presented by music discovery website www.theaudience.co.nz,Clap Clap Riot will embark on a seven-date nationwide tour, supporting the release of their highly praised debut album, ‘Counting Spins’
The album, recorded between Auckland’s York Street and Studio 203, was released on June 15 2012, debuting at #11 on the NZ Top 40 Album Chart, and shooting straight to #1 on the Top 20 NZ Album Chart. In tandem, their single 'So You Say' hit #1 on the NZ iTunes Rock Charts, high rotation on The Rock, The Edge and Hauraki, and reached #4 on the NZ Radio Airplay Chart.
The tour will see the four-piece take their energetic live show on the road through the country’s main centres: Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland, as well as stop-offs in Tauranga, Napier & Palmerston North.
Clap Clap Riot will also be selecting their opening support bands from artists who are signed up to and submitted via their artist dashboard on theaudience.conz.
