30 Upstairs Artist Residency 2012/2013 Call for Proposals
30 Upstairs is pleased to announce the details of their new Artist Residency programme.
There will be two calls a year made for artists to apply for the residency. The first residency commencing 1 October 2012 and the second early 2013.
The artist in residence will be given a free studio space to use for 3 months, and depending on the situation and practice, an exhibition at 30 Upstairs, which will be organised and promoted by the gallery.
The studio is a 18m2 lockable room next to the main gallery space. With 24-hour access, free wifi and use of the gallery kitchen and toilet facilities.
The residency does not cover accommodation or material costs.
How to apply and selection criteria
Please include your CV, any support documentation, images of your recent work, a plan on how you intend to use the residency period, giving an indication of what you would like to exhibit.
Preference will be given to emerging artists.
