Bill Bailey EXTRA SHOWS ADDED Media Alert
DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND EXTRA SHOWS ADDED IN AUCKLAND & WELLINGTON!
Tickets go on sale on Monday 16th at 9am
After his 2010 tour sold out, it comes as no surprise that our favourite UK comedian, Bill Bailey has had to add two extra nights to his NZ tour of QUALMPEDDLER! Audiences in Wellington will be getting an extra dose of Bill on the 29th September with Auckland’s second hit coming October 4th.
With all the trademark Bailey elements, Qualmpeddler will have the musical mash-ups, twisted logic, some political ranting, brilliant visuals and animation, a clear-eyed yet surreal view of the modern world, plus some new explorations of language inspired by a trip to China, where Bill’s experiences were strangers than surreal. This is what led the UK Daily Star to say about a recent gig “Bill Bailey is the most talented comic on the scene…Do yourself a huge favour and see Qualmpeddler”
Bill is best known here in New Zealand for his stand up shows and his work on the award winning TV hit, BLACK BOOKS, in which he played the increasingly deranged ex accountant Manny Bianco opposite fellow comic, Dylan Moran.
