These powerful images are just part of the internationally renowned World Press Photo Exhibition, visiting New Zealand in June this year. The exhibition will premiere in Auckland on 21st June and run until 14th July. It is the result of an annual worldwide press photography contest, with an international jury selecting winners from over 100,000 images entered by 5247 photographers representing 124 nationalities.
