experience Andreas Boyde playing on Auckland Museum’s
magnificent Fazioli Piano. London-based pianist Andreas
Boyde travels to Auckland after electrifying audiences
worldwide and playing alongside the London Philharmonic
Orchestra, Prague Radio Orchestra, Zurich Kammerorchester

Auckland Museum, NZTrio perform a special selection of
contemporary works in recognition of NZ Music Month in the
gracious grandeur of the Maori Court. This special event

DIAMOND JUBILEE
CELEBRATIONS
The Diamond
Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II is being celebrated in a right
royal way at the Auckland Museum. Do join us this Queen’s
Birthday weekend for the experience.
Queen Elizabeth II
came to the throne in 1952. The first royal visit after her
coronation was to New Zealand In 1953 and Auckland Museum
has a special showing of still and archival images from the
tour in the Grand Foyer. There is also crown-making and
vox-pops in Weird & Wonderful and special Royal Tours of the
Museum will take place on Monday 4 June. Read more here
