The WotWots Sign Deal with Milestone Productions LLC for
SpottyWot and DottyWot Character Appearances in US
Wellington, New Zealand, April 26 2012….
The WotWots today signed a deal with Milestone Productions LLC http://milestoneproductions.org for SpottyWot and DottyWot character appearances in the US.
The three year deal will see Milestone Productions LLC manage standard meet and greet character appearances, short custom scripted presentations and special event shows for the internationally successful pre-school property.
In Australia, Canada and New Zealand, The WotWots regularly meet and greet many of their young fans at shopping centres and the special event shows at various large venues are always a big sell-out hit.

The WotWots is enjoying great success in the region on The Hub so we know American kids will be thrilled to finally meet these lovable alien siblings,” said Chief Executive of Pukeko Pictures, Andrew Smith.
The WotWots is an enchanting pre-school series that follows the adventures of two adorable siblings from outer space, SpottyWot and DottyWot. This delightful pair of enquiring minds have come to Earth to explore and to marvel at the extraordinary diversity of life on the blue planet. The show celebrates this joy of discovery and demonstrates the positive values that are the building blocks of a true and enduring friendship.
Season one and season two of the vibrant, energetic and colourful learning-based series from Pukeko Pictures is seen internationally on ABC4Kids, TVNZ Kidzone24, The Hub and Treehouse.
The WotWots is broadcast in 90 territories. American Greetings Properties recently signed on for the worldwide licensing and merchandising rights to the popular preschool property.
Pukeko Pictures is a business partnership between Academy Award winner Richard Taylor the co-founder and creative lead of Weta Workshop (Lord of the Rings, King Kong), and internationally acclaimed author and children’s television creator, Martin Baynton. Taylor and Baynton previously teamed up to create the award winning children’s program, Jane and the Dragon.
