Westfield Truly, Madly, Hugely Billboard Winners

Media Release 14 February 2012

EMBARGOED UNTIL 4am Tuesday 14 February EMBARGOED

Westfield Truly, Madly, Hugely Billboard Winners Announced

Westfield has literally put love in the air with twelve Valentine’s Day messages unveiled today on billboards around the country.

Three marriage proposals (including a request to re-marry after eloping for a courthouse wedding ten years ago) make up this year’s winning billboards which have popped up around Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch overnight.

Westfield’s Truly, Madly, Hugely billboard campaign gave New Zealanders the chance to break the mould and woo their Valetine in a truly unique way this Valentine’s Day. The most popular entries included marriage proposals, poems and simple ‘I love you’ messages.

Truly, Madly, Hugely is a great way to show a loved one how much they mean to you," says Linda Trainer, General Manager, Westfield New Zealand Shopping Centres. “Life’s too short to love quietly and Westfield is happy to help romantics shout a message of love to their special Valentine”

THE TWELVE WINNING MESSAGES drawn and now featuring from South to North are:

Annemarie. Babe, after a 'shaky' start to our relationship, you're my 'green sticker' all the way! LOVE YOU LONG TIME! Kerry
Riccarton, Christchurch (Billboard location: adjacent to Columbus Coffee on Riccarton Rd)
