Maserati Brings The Best Of Italy Together
Maserati will bring the best of Italy together in a new driving course that complements its high performance driving and race track courses with the Maserati Master Italian Lifestyle Experience which combines the finest unique facets of Italy - food, fashion, art, luxury and, of course, high performance cars.
“This is a unique programme that speaks to the mind, the soul and the heart,” says Glen Sealey, General Manager of Maserati in Australia and New Zealand. “Only a company with history of Maserati could put a programme together like this, a company that has played an integral part in the history of Italy, that is based in one of the main culinary regions of Italy, which blends traditional hand crafted materials and skills with modern technology in its vehicles, and whose products in their shape, style and elegance are the latest part of a history of national design excellence that can trace its history back many hundreds of years.”
Based in the historic city of Florance, the Maserati Master Italian Lifestyle Experience includes, as well as a unique Maserati driving course, personal tours of the key historic sites in Florance, private tours of traditional craftsmen’s workshops with the opportunity to purchase specially produced items, wine and food tasting sessions, including an exploration behind the wheel of a Maserati of the Chianti Valley with food tasting halts as well as visits to key historic venues.
The new programme, which may be organized through Maserati in Australia and New Zealand, is priced at Euro 4890 for people participating in the driving course element and Euro 1250 for partners not taking the driving course. This includes all accommodation and activities described in the programme, but not flights to and from Italy.
In addition to the Maserati Master Italian Lifestyle Experience, Maserati will also offer its four courses centered on driving skills, from basic high performance road skills to the expertise required for competition:
Master GT 1 Day
A total-immersion day dedicated to perfecting driving skills.
Master GT 2 Days
Two days to enhance knowledge of supercar sports driving.
Master High Performance
The highest skill level of driving for road and track day use, to maximize the experience of Maserati ownership.
Master MC Trofeo
Competitive driving instruction for those who dream of a day in the life of the true professionals or who wish to prepare for competitive driving.
All of the Master Maserati Courses make use of a specially designed Maserati fleet and are run by highly qualified staff, with instruction by Master Maserati drivers to ensure an unforgettable and highly educational experience.
Courses are available for all Maserati fans and take place at the Autodromo Riccardo Paletti in Varano de’ Melegari, approximately 20 km from Parma. The Riccardo Paletti circuit is ideal for developing driving skills, and combines excellent track characteristics with professional, specific services to ensure that track sessions take place in maximum safety.
Price range from Euro 1990 to Euro 4590 depending on course and accommodation requirements and do not include travel to and from Italy.
Course details are available from Maserati’s Australian (maerati.com.au) and New Zealand (maserati.co.nz) web sites.
