Joyous Christmas 10am TV ONE Christmas Day

Celebrate the joy of Christmas with one hour of music and festive greetings including King Tuheitia's first ever televised Christmas message.

Against the backdrop of the stunning Holy Sepulchre Church in Auckland a talented line up of Maori singers performs a variety of traditional and modern Christmas songs. So turn on the Christmas lights and sing along as you open your presents on Christmas morning.

Marae Investigates producer, Raewyn Rasch says: "While the show is quite a departure from her programme's normal current affairs it's a perfect fit for Christmas Day.

"It's a gift to our viewers really and at the end of a very hard year it's great to be able to produce something so gloriously uplifting," says Ms Rasch.
