David Dallas Set To Turn Music Industry On Its Head

David Dallas Set To Turn Music Industry On It’s Head For The ‘The Rose Tint Deluxe Edition’ Release In November

David Dallas is doing away with a predictable, run-of-the-mill album release for his highly anticipated Deluxe Edition of The Rose Tint in November. With a staggering 55,952 digital downloads for the critically acclaimed and Album Of The Year nominated standard album already under his belt, Dallas plans to take things up a notch and create a unique live destination experience for the release of Deluxe Edition throughout November (details will be revealed in the coming weeks!).

The Rose Tint Deluxe Edition features all 13 tracks from the original album, four brand new original songs plus a second disk containing all The Rose Tint instrumentals (for budding MCs to test their skills!) This is the first time the album will be available for purchase on physical CD, and will also be released throughout Australia and the USA via his New York label, Duck Down Records.

It continues to be a whirlwind year for David Dallas, who has been nominated for three prestigious New Zealand Music Awards off the back of The Rose Tint. Over the last month, Dallas has been based in NYC recording the additional tracks for the Deluxe Edition and filming new music videos, one of which will feature American Hip Hop pioneer and co-owner of Duck Down records, Buckshot. Dallas also recently performed to a sell out crowd in Times Square with Mt Eden Dubstep as well as opening for NY DJ Statik Selektah’s at his hugely-hyped album release party, exponentially increasing his profile to American music media and audiences.

New Zealand fans need to keep an eye out for more information on David Dallas’ special destination release of The Rose Tint Deluxe Edition the week of November 14th. More details to follow soon!
