Re-Start Your Life On Slim You’s Retreat

Re-Start Your Life On Slim You’s Retreat

Dr Damain Kristof of hit TV series “Downsize Me” and Phyllis Briggs are hosting a retreat in Wainui, on the shores of Akaroa Harbour, just outside Christchurch.

The event held on the weekend of 4th to 6th of November 2011 provides attendees with a total immersion opportunity to begin their weight-loss journey. Previous attendees have lost up to five kilo’s during the retreat weekend.

Each day begins with a Tai Chi session instructed by Damian. The remainder of the day is filled with exercise sessions and cooking classes. Slim you focuses on nutrition, exercise and altering the mindset in order to achieve wellbeing and weight-loss goals.

Attendees need not worry about their current state of fitness as people are grouped according to ability. Phyllis Briggs was a former client of Damian’s who became a business partner in Slim You after she lost 33 kilos on the programme. Phyllis offers another perspective from Damian as she has maintains that “Damian has never been fat or a female, so that’s where I come in”. Damian’s strength lies in nutrition and Phyllis amongst other skills, offers practical advice on continuing the journey in real life.

Payment plan options are available, and with low cost airfares throughout New Zealand available, there are no excuses to not be a part of Slim You’s final retreat for 2011.

With only seven places remaining, it would be wise to contact Slim You immediately to ensure inclusion in this life changing retreat. Arguably, the retreat is the New Zealand version of spending a weekend with Bob and Jillian of Biggest Loser fame. Visit the site www.slimyou.com for more information and to go in the draw for a spot on the retreat drawn on the 31st October
