What happened to a perfectly happy young couple during what promised to be an exciting vacation? The answer to that question will be answered in “Haunted Poland”, a terrifying new horror film in which evil lurks anywhere, anyplace, anytime as it consumes its characters in a frightening reality. Employing the found footage technique as such modern day horror classics as "The Blair Witch Project" or "Paranormal Activity", “Haunted Poland” hopes to make its mark in the horror entertainment field by filming in various locations that are actually haunted to give it an extra layer of realism.
Pau Masó, the mind behind the critically acclaimed “Who’s There” & “One Minute”, comes a terrifying new horror film in which a seemingly normal vacation turns into something evil and sinister. They didn’t go looking for trouble, but that’s exactly what happens when a young couple heads off to Poland. What would normally be a moment that is equally exciting and nervous for any couple in which a young man meets his girlfriend’s grandparent for the first time, turns into something dark and macabre. While seeing the sights, they fall prey to an inexplicable force that plunges them into a nightmarish hell.
After a successful run with his short films, “Haunted Poland” will mark Pau Masó's feature length directorial debut. Starring alongside the director in “Haunted Poland” is Ewelina Lukaszewska (The App Killer). Currently in pre-production, filming of “Haunted Poland” is scheduled to start on July 12th.
