Foodies fill up on new show
Finally a show made for foodies and culinary creatives has hit screens nationwide on Stratos TV.
Cuisine Tour takes food lovers on a tour of international kitchens focussing on food and the art of traditional cooking every Wednesday night at 8:00pm on Stratos TV (freeview channel 21).
While learning about the style and taste of traditional foods from around the world, Cuisine Tour also engages in the story behind the food and the tradition that brought the ingredients together.
Hosted by health enthusiast Jake Choi, the show modernises time-honoured cooking by looking at techniques and ingredients that can make traditional meals healthy without losing the flavour.
“I'm an athlete and I strongly believe that eating healthy leads to a happy life,” Jake says.
From foods that help keep brains healthy to detoxifying a tired liver, Cuisine Tour is a fresh take on international dishes leaving any foodie itching to create their own captivating cuisine.
