2011 programme features an array of diverse musical
performances with something for everyone. The programme
features pop/rock, jazz, classical, Pacific and cabaret.
The Central Lakes Trust Crystal Palace is a wonderful venue and is the perfect place to enjoy some wonderful music in the convivial cabaret setting. With a fully licensed bar, you can enjoy some great local wines whilst enjoying the sounds of some of the country’s top musical performers such as:-
Island Summer – come and hear this evening of tropical and laid back sounds from Christchurch based Island Summer, playing the old Pacific tunes reworked with a contemporary spin.

Songs of Kurt Weill - renowned in the film industry for their movie soundtracks, Plan 9 are ‘moonlighting’ at the Festival with their own gig. Promising a dramatic night of cabaret from some of the country’s most versatile and innovative talent, this Wellington-based group give a voice to the bittersweet tales of theatre composer, Kurt Weill. This show sold out at the Wellington International Arts Festival and is not to be missed.
