Domino’s Raising Dough for Miners’ Trust
Domino’s Pizza is
raising dough on Monday 6th December for the Grey District
Council Pike River Miners’ Relief Trust.
Domino’s is hoping to raise more than $7,000 by donating $1 from every pizza sold during Domino’s Pizza opening hours on that day.
“All of our 79 stores around New Zealand will be ready next Monday to raise as much money as possible to support the families affected by the recent tragedy,” says Domino’s Pizza’s General Manager Josh Kilimnik.
“We are urging all New Zealanders to get down to their local Domino’s store on Monday to buy a pizza and help support the Trust and those in need.”
The Pike River Miners’ Relief Trust is a community based charitable trust established by the Grey District Council. All funds generated by the Trust will be used to help alleviate financial hardship for those directly affected by the disaster.
