NZ Comedy’s “Wunderkinds” Back For Return Season

Miss Out on NZ Comedy’s “Wunderkinds” This Festival? Well They’re Back on Tour with More than Just a Return Season...
People of New Zealand! Your favourite ‘uncool’ duo Heidi and Rose are once again on tour and coming to a town near you, if your town is Auckland or Wellington.
They will be performing their hit 2010 NZ International Comedy Festival shows, Best Newcomer winner Life Lessons I’ve Learnt from the ‘60s (Based on things I’ve seen on the Television) and this year’s surprise festival sensation, the Michael Jackson tribute show, Life Without Michael: One Year On ...all for the price of one!
First off, join Rose Matafeo on a nostalgic trip back to the swingin’ sixties – but not as you know it! Incorporating her love for stand-up, sketch and her ‘Songs of Burt Bacharach’ compact disc, Rose will take a tour of the decade that would’ve changed her life (had she not been born in the ’90s)!
Then after a short break, join Heidi O’Loughlin who hosts a party/extended wake for her life-long idol, Michael Jackson. Poppa Jacks, Raro and cheerios – no expense has been spared to ensure that this is the most bitchin’ party Heidi has ever been to.
Here are some quotes we read to ourselves late at night for self-validation...
“Heidi and Rose were on fire. There’s a reason why these two wunderkinds have been the talk of the town during the festival... Entirely unpretentious, delivered with hot shazam by two chicks with moxy.” –Coup de Main Magazine
“quirky, twee and superbly hilarious” –Lumière Reader
It’s pretty Black or White, this season is going to be a Thriller! We’ve got our Ticket to Ride, so Get Smart and join us for a fantastic night of fun...
