Tommee Tippee announces new networking program for parents
Tommee Tippee Tea Time Talks
Returning to work after having a baby
can be an emotional yet exciting time for new mums. To
help with this important step, Tommee Tippee has developed
the ‘Tommee Tippee Tea Time Talks’ series in partnership
with OHbaby! magazine, designed to provide new and expectant
parents with helpful information that address many of the
realities of being a parent in New Zealand
today.
Launching at the Parent and Child Show in Wellington, the Tommee Tippee Tea Time Talks will engage show visitors in a series of daily seminars. Tommee Tippee has engaged a panel of real mums who will share their personal stories including Pia D’Ambros-Smith from Nappies Direct and Ana Massa from Baa Baa Beads on how they coped with the end of their maternity leave.
Tommee Tippee CEO, Caroline McIntosh recognises this important and increasingly relevant situation for new mums, “establishing new routines and juggling multiple priorities during an emotional time whilst trying to maintain a strong maternal connection with your baby make this a stressful and often confusing time for new mums. Tommee Tippee has developed the program as a way of connecting parents and opening these topics for discussion”.
Seminars will be held in the Tommee Tippee Tea Time Talks…Theatre at 11am daily at the Parent and Child Show at TSB Arena, Wellington on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 June. The Tommee Tippee Tea Time Talks will continue beyond the Parent and Child Show with details of further events in the Winter issue of OHbaby! magazine.
