The Rabble Beats Ash Cloud For Auckland

The Rabble Beats Ash Cloud For Auckland Show With Billy Liar

Leaving ash covered Europe behind, The Rabble return to New Zealand with Billy Liar for a double headliner at the Thirsty Dog this week.

Both artists were affected by the Icelandic volcano at the end of last month, which closed airports across Europe and left Auckland punk outfit The Rabble stranded in London until flights could be rebooked. The one man Scottish acoustic punk act Billy Liar was set to tour New Zealand in April until airports closed the day before he was due to leave the UK, postponing all shows.

Luckily the skies have cleared for now and both artists are to continue their plans in New Zealand.

The Rabble are due to record their next album over the next couple of months before returning to the UK for Rebellion Festival in August. Billy Liar is on tour this month playing Auckland and Christchurch and will also feature at Rebellion Festival in the UK later this year.

Don't miss this exclusive opportunity to see The Rabble and Billy Liar in New Zealand, performing an intimate set at the Thirsty Dog this Thursday 27 May. Also playing are 5th Threat and Ghost Echoes!
