Chop Chop - get your Huffer rescue chopper gear

Leading New Zealand clothing builder Huffer is once again on board to help raise much- needed funds and awareness for the Westpac Chopper Appeal.

Huffer has built a limited edition Chopper Appeal 2010 clothing range with a proportion of each sale going to New Zealand´s rescue helicopters. The design gang at Huffer has stamped `Chop Chop. Huffer for the Westpac Rescue Chopper Two Thousand and Ten´ across a 180gsm 100% cotton men´s tee, a 150gsm 100% cotton women´s tee, a men´s and women´s hoodie, a unisex beanie and a trucker cap.

The Huffer Chop Chop range is available from Huffer´s online store at www.hufferstore.com/chopchopand the Chopper Appeal website www.chopperappeal.co.nz.Tees are $50 (incl GST) plus freight, with $20 from every sale going to the rescue helicopters. Hoodies are $120 with a $20 donation, beanies are $40 with a $10 donation and trucker caps are $35 with a $10 donation.

It´s the fifth year the Huffer gang has shown their support for this cause and Huffer designer guy Dan Buckley says the team is loving being involved again.

"Heaps of Kiwis need this service each year - it could be any one of us so we´re super happy to help out and support this pretty worthy campaign," says Dan.

New Zealand´s rescue helicopters help save the lives of thousands of people every year and each mission costs thousands of dollars. This varies from a mix of ambulance and search and rescue work - anything from airlifting boarders off ski fields and plucking surfers off rocks to attending to victims at road accidents and even emergency births.

Every dollar raised during the Westpac Chopper Appeal goes back to the local rescue helicopter trust.
